It should become available in the launcher for you to enable/disable. Find some mods that you want to use and simply Subscribe to a mod you’d like downloaded. Open STEAM, go to Library, click on Crusader Kings 3 and go to Workshop. This method is just as easy as the first one. The mod will start with the game when you select a playset in the launcher that has it enabled. Now you also need to enable a mod for your playset ( more on playsets below) and that’s it. It will be downloaded by the launcher next time you open it up. Find the mod that you want added to your game, make sure you’ve got the latest version selected and then Subscribe to it. Make an account and make sure you’re logged in. Combine them in case that there are mods that you want that aren’t available on both platforms. The other two ways ( STEAM & Paradox Plaza) can be used jointly, so you don’t have to go one or the other. You’d generally only do this if maybe a mod is not available anywhere else officially but on some 3rd party forum etc. One of them is installing manually, which I do not recommend unless you really have to. In this quick guide I am going to show you 3 ways ( 4 actually) that you can use. Save the details and it will be available for everyone who owns Rome II to subscribe to and use themselves in their games.Installing mods in Crusader Kings 3 is very easy. Once your mod has been uploaded you will be taken to the Steam Workshop page for it where you can edit its title, description and upload additional images/videos to help promote it. Clicking it will prompt you to select which tag you want for your mod. You should see a new entry there with the name of your mod pack along with an upload button. If you do not have this image you will get an error message on trying to upload. This should be a 256x256 png image with the same name as your mod pack. Make sure your mod pack has a unique name so it will not conflict with other mods, and that it is located in your Rome II data folder along with an image for your mod.

Now you have made a mod, uploading it to Steam Workshop is a simple process. This is from the Rome 2 page, but I think its the same for Attila. This is taken from the Rome 2 page, seeing that there no guides at all, but it works for Attila.
